Arnone founded EPA after completing his designation and acquiring his reviewer license. Founder, Senior Appraiser
Michael has been in the appraisal industry since 2005 with over 10,000 appraisals written and/or reviewed.
He has a Bachelor in Urban and Reginal Planning (BURPl.) from Ryerson Univeristy and holds a Designated Appraisal Residential (DAR) licence along with a Certified Appraisal Reviewer licence from the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA). Michael is also in good standing with the Toronto Real Estate Board and currently a member of Marshall and Swift (Corelogic, property data leader).
Michael has extensive knowledge of neighbourhoods throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Michael has seen the changing landscape Toronto has begun over his career and has honed his skills to provide accurate and effective appraisal reports.
JOHN KIM, DAR, CERTIFIED APPRAISAL REVIEWER
Senior Appraiser
John Kim is a Senior Appraiser with the company, jumping on board in 2013. Originally from a background in marketing and planning, John draws on his previous experiences to bring a fresh mindset into a long established industry. Already with rich experience in all types of residential properties, John looks to build on his profession by continually producing accurate, timely and reliable valuations. John excels in building strong relationships with clients by providing a level of comfort, confidence and personal touch that is traditionally uncommon in the field.
He currently holds a Designated Appraisal Residential (DAR) licence and has completed his Certified Appraisal Reviewer license.
John was born and raised in Toronto. He has a wife and three young and enthusiastic daughters. An avid fisherman (who rarely spends time on the lake anymore), John has now mastered the art of fishing for toy bass in the tub.
THEODORE HAN, DAR
Senior Appraiser
Theo is an avid fan of Toronto sports teams (Raptors, Leafs, Jays), finally seeing a championship. Theo like's to play sports or hit the gym in his spare time and also enjoys playing guitar and listen to many different genres in music.
Theo felt like it was time for a career change and was given an opportunity to switch gears and get into real estate appraising. Theo has obtained his designation (DAR) and is fully licenced. Being an appraiser gives Theo the knowledge to know the trends in the real estate market. Every day is different and it is exciting and interesting to see different properties. Theo likes to learn new things constantly and still growing in my knowledge in appraising.
RICHARD PAK, DAR
Associate Appraiser
Appraising since 2019, Richard draws on his previous professional experiences to accomplish each appraisal. He enjoys witnessing the beauty that is Toronto and the GTA while appraising all types of residential properties. A fan of Toronto's sports teams, he is waiting to witness a certain hockey team join the other teams in bringing home the glory. Patiently of course.
